General

By ordering from Printly (pod.freetoolsin.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Printly is a print-on-demand store manufacturing custom t-shirts to order.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.
An order is confirmed once you send order details via WhatsApp and we acknowledge it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, e.g. due to stock/print capacity, suspected fraud, or an unclear design request — in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

Returns

All products are made-to-order and non-returnable/non-refundable, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

If you submit your own artwork/photo for printing, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. Printly is not responsible for copyright issues arising from customer-submitted designs, and reserves the right to refuse designs that infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Liability

Printly's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
